Frequently asked questions
Can you design a logo for me?
No. You need to have your design created to send to us, we are not graphic designers , however we can make some adjustments and create text based or simple designs from images that you have provided us.
Can I see some samples of clothing you use?
Yes , we hold a small amount of stock of hoodies and t-shirts in common colours which you may come and view on appointment.
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes you can, however we cannot be responsible or replace items that you provide to us for printing if there is a problem in the printing process.
Can you do embroidery?
Not currently, but we are looking to expand into this area.
Do you do screen printing?
No, we do DTG and DTF printing. See below.
Can you deliver?
We can arrange delivery and include this into your quote if required, or you can arrange to collect your items when they are ready.
What is your turn around time?
We aim to have your items printed ready to collect within 21 days of payment/order and image finalised. We often have orders completed before this, but this time scale is to allow for delays from suppliers or changes needed to be made to the image (via consult with customer).
DTG - Direct To Garment
Direct to garment, is where an item of clothing is directly inserted into a printer , with the design printed into the fabric.
This suits thinner garments such as t-shirts and designs that are less vibrant or that are designed to be subdued.
It lasts and takes just as well as other methods , but is not recommended for thicker garments as the ink is absorbed into the thicker materials.
It washes and lasts well.
DTF - Direct to Film (Heat Press)
Direct to film, is where the images are printed onto a film and then heat pressed onto the garment. This method holds vibrancy of colour really well ,and can be used on all garments. Items are double pressed to ensure that the glue bonds securely. Items that are direct to film printed wash and wear just as well as direct to garment printing.
